Dispatch Workers who are expected to have employment for 1 year or more.

Method：
1.Taking e-Learning courses by PC/mobile
2.Free of charge

Payment：
Once you complete e-Learning courses, such hours shall be deemed to be your work hours and you shall be paid by your hourly wage up to 8 hours per year.
*Because e-Learning is unsupervised, if you did not complete the courses, then you shall not be paid for the hours.

Rules:
Please take the courses outside of your work hours.
Please do not take the courses when you are taking paid leaves because you are not supposed to be working on such days.
