Handling fees
We do not charge job seekers any handling fees for registration.
We charge job-offering companies in accordance with the fee table attached to this document.
Information of job-offering company & personal information of job-seekers
Information of job-offering company and personal information of job seekers is handled by all employees of Hays Specialist Recruitment Japan K.K. The information that can be obtained from job-offering company and job seekers is limited to that related to job placement service.
The persons responsible for handling the information of the job-offering company and personal information of job-seekers are Bunka Cho for Tokyo office, Yu Miyazaki for Osaka office, and Miho Hamauchi for Yokohama office who are in charge of job placement service.
The responsible person shall disclose without delay the information such as the license that the person identified by the personal information (“the Person”) holds and the Person’s work experience based on the objective matters upon request for disclosure of such information from the Person. Where the Person requests to amend the information after the disclosure, the responsible person shall amend the relevant information only if such information requested to be amended is in line with the objective facts.
Claim processing
The persons responsible for handling the claims are Bunka Cho for Tokyo office, Yu Miyazaki for Osaka office, and Miho Hamauchi for Yokohama office who are in charge in charge of job placement service.
The responsible person shall promptly and appropriately handle the claims liaising with employment security authorities and other recruitment agencies upon receiving the complaints.
Refund system
Our refund system (a system in which a portion of the fee is refunded if a job seeker who was employed through our service leaves the job early) is as follows.
