Our client : they are a leader in technology for transportation and exploration missions. They are a well funded start-up, headquarter in Japan. They are a 150 headcount start up with a well know reputation in the market.
Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Professional , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, supporting our employees, and driving organizational success. You’ll work closely with our HR team, leadership, and engineers to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the recruitment process.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career development.
- Benefits Administration: Manage benefits programs, open enrollment, and ensure compliance.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws, policies, and regulations.
- Employee Onboarding: Welcome new team members and ensure a smooth transition.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Data Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to drive informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
- Native level Japanese & Intermediate English
- Problem-Solver: Ability to address complex HR challenges with creativity.
