Your new role
Construction Project Management, mainly for Data Centres. Manage A to Z, including client support, creation of project documentation & execution plans. Will prepare & track project schedules and budgets, as well as have responsibility for cost control. Works closely with clients (many of which are global companies), as well as local contractors. Reports locally to Project Director.

What you'll need to succeed
Min 5yrs, Japan based Project Management experience, ideally with international firm(s) and in DC sector. Excellent communication and vendor management/negotiation skills. Leadership experience desirable. Fluent Japanese and min business level English.
