Main Accountabilities ▪ Monitoring and improving MP&L performance through analyzing the company KPI, including Customer delivery service level, inventory turnover, backorder ratio, supply availability, sales forecast reliability, warehouse utilization and other related measurements. ▪ Monitoring and improving the complete process from placing the order internally to Delivery to the warehouse and to end customers. ▪ Manage 3rd party Logistics with defined KPI align with regional and group DC strategy. ▪ Implementation of MP&L standard process e.g. Sales dispatch, material supply. ▪ Develop the MP&L team, including planning skills, can do spirit with strong ability of execution. ▪ Co-operation with internal team to proactively meet what MP&L needs to do in time.
