Focusing R&D advancement effectively transforming the lives of patients and medical professionals, saving time, money, and resources. Dedicating more meaningful work for surgical workflows, hospital infrastructures, and medical developments. To capitalize on the company’s growth, they are looking to hire a Legal Officer in Japan.

仕事内容

You’ll effectively work on day-to-day advice on legal, regulatory matters , and ethics & compliance. Collaboration with US stakeholders and external firms dealing with the IPO preparation. Ensuring better legal control and predictability for the company on a local scale. As a part of the leadership team, you’d be involved in close collaboration with upper management members and stakeholders.

対象となる方

Previous experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:

• IPO Preparation experience
• IT, Pharmaceutical, Life Science, or Medical Devices' industry experience
• 5+ years of legal/ compliance experience
• Bilingual Japanese and English (MUST)
