Your new role

You will be part of the dynamic Investment Management department of the Tokyo business. Reporting locally and globally, you will support the team head in the acquisition of new real estate projects. Acquisitions responsibilities include: evaluation of new acquisition opportunities, preparation for presentation materials (for overseas investors) & implementation of presentations and asset tours. You will also assist in the creation of internal documents for Investment Committee meetings and similar.

Asset management responsibilities include supporting accounts for foreign investors, through reporting of existing, separate account and maintaining close correspondence with overseas investors.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate investment funds, real estate companies, finance, or investment bank. Ideally, this will include experience of having worked for foreign/global firms.

Native, or high-fluency in English. Minimum business level Japanese (reading and writing proficiency, as well as spoken language). Good presentation and report creation skills. Strong capabilities with Microsoft-office suite, especially excel and PowerPoint. Good numeracy skills. Dynamic, success-driven.
