仕事内容As one of our HR staff, this position will mainly support HR admin team’s operation.
HR Data management : register employee information to HRIS, contract renewal etc.
Handling inquiry from employees (ex. change the commute route, visa renewal request, re-issue name tag / ID card etc.)
Internal paper works (ex. employee transfer application, house contract etc.)
Support internal HR events (ex. Internal HR meeting, newly graduates’ events etc.), office inventory application etc.
対象となる方- ホテルの人事部もしくは、他業種の人事・管理部門でのご就業経験がある
- 問題の解決と分析、モチベーションを維持しチームワークを大切に出来る
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力(他部署との連携ができる方
- Microsoft Officeの操作に堪能である
- 英語力 ※外国籍社員の対応に抵抗のない方
