仕事内容

• HR Data management : register employee information to HRIS, contract renewal etc.
• Handling inquiry from employees (ex. change the commute route, visa renewal request, re-issue name tag / ID card etc.)
• Internal paper works (ex. employee transfer application, house contract etc.)
• Support internal HR events (ex. Internal HR meeting, newly graduates’ events etc.), office inventory application etc.

対象となる方

• ホテルの人事部もしくは、他業種の人事・管理部門でのご就業経験がある
• 問題の解決と分析、モチベーションを維持しチームワークを大切に出来る
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（他部署との連携ができる方
• Microsoft Officeの操作に堪能である
• 英語力　※外国籍社員の対応に抵抗のない方
