Your new role
As Head of Facility Management and Real Estate, you will be responsible for the company's properties in Japan and in S. Korea. Duties will include operational maintenance of these facilities, as well as managing lease agreements. You will also oversee EHS, Security and BCP operations. The role is a senior, strategic position in the APAC region, working closely with local stakeholders, regional counterparts and global HQ. Manages a small team of direct employees, as well as on-site vendors. Overseas report line (English)
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5-8yrs experience in a senior role in Facility Management and Corporate Real Estate. Ideally, with a global company in Japan. People management experience. Fluent (or native) Japanese and a minimum of business level English.
