An industry-leading life science company that specializes in various diagnostic research and related life-changing therapies
Your new role
- Forecast, track, and analyze revenue and P/L
- Prepare monthly/quarterly business review package as a financial analyst.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
- Find opportunities and implement procedures to improve financial performance.
- Support preparing the annual operating plan, monthly and midterm forecasts, and a long-term strategic plan.
- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools such as MS Excel.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in Japanese
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
