仕事内容As the Facility & General Affairs Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end operation of a smooth, safe, and inspiring workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading facility management, including maintenance, inspections, emergency response, and BCP
- Driving general affairs: procurement, travel arrangements, office assets, mail handling, and internal events
- Overseeing safety & health programs, from health checks to safety drills
- Managing and optimizing vendors, budgets, and costs
- Leading and developing a 6‑member GA team while collaborating across the business
This role is both strategic and hands‑on — perfect for someone who thrives on impact and ownership.

- 5+ years of facility or GA experience
- Strong people-management experience
- Experience in the retail industry
- A background in a large, complex organization (must-have)
- Proven vendor management and budget control skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis-handling abilities
- Business-level English (reading/writing)
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
