Your new role
- Coach and mentor engineers and product engineers
- Assist Engineering Manager
- Plan and execute product design and development functions
- Interface with customer engineering
- Ensure compliance with validation and product test requirements
- Responsible for the design, prototype components.
What you'll need to succeed
- Business level Japanese and English (MUST)
- Experience in automotive industry (5+ years)
- Experience in product design (3+ years)
- Customer knowledge/understanding of customer requirements.
