ROLE:
Accounting Manager
WORK STYLE:
Hybrid (2 days remote) / Flex time (Core = 09:00 - 15:00)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with external tax consultants for tax filings.
• Strengthen internal controls.
• Lead cost analysis for the new factory.
REQUIREMENTS
• Japanese Fluent
• English reading & writing +
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in IFRS and Japanese GAAP.
• Familiarity with cost accounting.
• Skilled in internal controls and risk management.
