仕事内容- Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
- Coordinating with global teams and handling high-level communications
- Preparing materials for meetings and committees
- Supporting the COO and Wealth Management Business Management with admin tasks
- Processing invoices and maintaining filing systems
対象となる方- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in finance or professional services
- Strong Microsoft Office and MS Teams skills
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English
- Excellent judgment, multitasking ability, and communication skills
- A confident, proactive approach and top-notch organizational skills
