仕事内容
- Support senior legal team with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Conduct legal research and assist in regulatory compliance
- Analyse laws and regulations relevant to renewable energy projects
- Coordinate with external counsel and third-party professionals
- Assist with legal operations, special projects, and cross-border matters
- Learn from mentors and adapt to evolving business needs
対象となる方
- LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (law firm or corporate)
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong legal research, drafting, and compliance skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Experience in project finance, M&A, or fund management (preferred)
