仕事内容
- Provide front-line legal support for commercial, procurement, and sales contracts
- Advise on legal risks, manage disputes, and support IP protection
- Lead compliance initiatives including data privacy, investigations, and training
- Deliver targeted legal and compliance training and support due diligence
- Manage claims and litigation, streamline processes, and coordinate with external counsel in Japan and Korea
対象となる方
- 10+ years legal experience in Japan
- In-house experience at a multinational company
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong legal and compliance expertise
- Experience with procurement and commercial contracts
- Background in manufacturing preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally (1–2 times/year)
