- Coordinate and support the structure, communication, and documentation of the Sales Board, Customer Services Board, and Product Board across all Regional Offices - Ensure consistency and precision in board formats, KPI, and reports - Prepare and organize market information, briefings, and other materials - Manage travel arrangements and initeraties for the Head of International Sales and Customer Services - Support the planning and execution of regional visits, workshops, and events - Facilitate communication and alignment between HQ and the 4 Regional Offices - Track/follow-up to-do's item - Collaborate closely with other HQ functions

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree is an advantage - 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Aftersales, or a related business support role - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, international environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset - Business-Native level of English proficiency (spoken and written) and Conversational level of Japanese proficiency is required - Other additional language skills are highly appreciated - High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Flexibility to support irregular working hours due to global coordination - Experience working with or supporting senior leadership is a plus
