仕事内容
- Business Relationship management
- Work closely with the Tokyo-based Senior Director, BRM to meet revenue budgets and manage existing issuer relationships
- Originate new rating mandates directly from corporate issuers
- Identify rating gaps and new business opportunities in the Japanese corporate space, create and discuss a strategic outreach plan
- Work closely with internal/external counterparts (issuers, bankers, analysts, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of new and existing rating exercises and provide timely support in the preparation of documentation
- Work with the global revenue management team to lead and manage rating contract renewals in a timely manner
- Market Sustainable Fitch's ESG ratings products
対象となる方
- At least 4 years' work experience in either: Corporate Banking, RM, DCM Origination/IBD, or rating sales
- Fluent Japanese & Business English
オファー内容
- Salary package between 15-20m Base salary JPY
- Hybrid work style and internal mobility to APAC offices after working a year in Japan
- Also, good internal mobility for different departments
