- Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning people, organization, and culture with business goals through consultation and integrated solutions
- Lead and enhance core HR functions including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, etc
- Drive employee engagement and organizational development through targeted initiatives and HR consulting
- Collaborate with related team to implement and promote company-wide policies, while handling general HR and labor-related matters
What you'll need to succeed
- 6+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
- Native level Japanese, business level English
