仕事内容- Lead HR operations including payroll, labor management, social insurance, HRIS, and benefits administration
- Ensure legal compliance with Japanese labor laws and support audits, reporting, and risk mitigation efforts
- Collaborate with global HR teams to localize policies and implement initiatives tailored to the Japan market
- Manage vendors and systems to improve HR processes, drive efficiency, and support scalability
- Provide expert support on complex employee queries, data insights, and workforce trends for local leadership
対象となる方- 3+ years of experience in HR ops role
- Knowledge of Japan labour laws, payroll process, HR systems
- Fluent in Japanese and English
