仕事内容- Lead and manage team operations including supervision, performance evaluations, coaching, and recruitment of staff
- Coordinate daily activities by setting schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring cross-training and timely completion of goals
- Drive recruitment efforts for various levels, including executive roles, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Support strategic initiatives such as diversity, transitions, and special projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying cross-functional knowledge and modeling leadership behaviors aligned with company values
