This position belongs to a main business division that is building a plant in West Japan now and will start mass production soon to serve Japanese local automotive customers.
　
仕事内容
・Manage the controlling of a R&D Site, engineering, prototypes, and tooling costs, in order to guarantee and optimize the R&D financial performance and competitiveness. The person is in charge of all common expenses of this legal entity.

・Ensure all financial related procedures compliance
・Provide reliable financial / controlling information towards the management
・Act as a business partner toward the engineering community, an provide recommendation to the management.
・Common expense management

対象となる方
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site, including a first controlling experience
• Education: Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
• English level: Business / Fluent
• Japanese level: Business / Fluent

オファー内容
Salary: 7-9M (paid in 12 months, no bonus)
