仕事内容Manage accurate data in HR systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Support daily HR operations such as onboarding, payroll, etc
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, in-office support, represent the local team
- Contribute to HR projects and identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
対象となる方- Native in Japanese, business level in English
- Understanding of Japanese labour law
- 2 years of HR generalist experience
