仕事内容

• Manage accurate data in HR systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Support daily HR operations such as onboarding, payroll, etc
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, in-office support, represent the local team
• Contribute to HR projects and identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes

対象となる方

• Native in Japanese, business level in English
• Understanding of Japanese labour law
• 2 years of HR generalist experience
