To capitalise on the company’s continued success, they are looking for a senior corporate counsel to lead their Japan legal enterprise.
仕事内容
You’ll effectively work standalone leading the legal initiative and reporting to the APAC General Counsel overseas.
Support on day-to-day legal counsel, mainly commercial contracts, lead the corporate legal function, aligning with global and local regulations with multiple cross-team collaborations.

対象となる方
Previous experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
- 10+ years of Legal experience
- Ideally fluent in English & Japanese
- B2B, IT, Fintech, Insurance industry experience preferred
- Bengoshi or Foreign Qualified Lawyer welcomed
