仕事内容
As the Program CEO, the Program Manager leads the cross-functional team to develop and launch product and services. The PM will be the key customer interface to set program objectives, balance profit, quality performance and timing while managing launch risk and change management, through launch and into stable production. This role may also lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and RFI/RFQ projects to secure new business, with the same ownership as new development projects.

対象となる方
•Bachelor of Science in a technical field or equivalent experience.
•J-OEM interfacing experience.
•Minimum 5 years product development and/or program management experience with specific experience in at least one area of technical specialization (software, hardware, mechanical or manufacturing) preferably in an automotive application.
•Developed and launched at least 1 product through the lifecycle from business commitment through stable production.
•Expected general skills includes, but not limited to, cross functional team leadership, arbitrate technical tradeoffs, problem solving, negotiation, P&L understanding and communication skills
•Fluent in English and Japanese (written and verbal)
