Your new role
The position is located in the APAC Service team and primarily serves Japanese-speaking customers in Japan across all Lines of Business. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Japan CS center located in Tokyo. This includes managing around 100 in-house employees and ensuring the smooth running of the site.
