Your new role

Your team covers the Technology Risk Management (IRM) for the business including important areas like Frau, Outsourcing, BCP/DR and more. Your role will handle the IRM at the 1st line. You will get a chance to use a range of skills in this role from IRM, to inter-connected areas such as Cyber Security, and IT Governance. The goal is to manage and mitigate IT Risk for the benefit of the whole Japan business. Some responsibilities would include:

- Support the organization in managing information (technology) risks by advising and challenging the 1st line (Business Owners, Management, Custodians) proactively and independently.

- Support the organization by maintaining a well defined IT security and IT governance landscape

- Provide Security expertise to the company to strengthen the enterprise resilience and to minimize our IT Risk exposure.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for someone who can show a track record of experience in IT Risk, IT Security or IT Governance domains. Certification such as CISM/CISA/CGEIT/CRISC/CISSP/GCIH or similar certification is nice to have, but not a must as long as your practical experience in similar roles can be backed. Communications skills in both English and Japanese would be a strong advantage in this role.
