The company provides an innovative way of reviewing contracts via AI, with more than 500 companies currently in use of the software. The company continues to improve and innovate the latest AI legal technology on how to offer the best service to their clients. To capitalise on the company’s growth, they are looking to hire their legal team and want someone to join their growing and inclusive team in the Tokyo Office.

仕事内容

You’ll effectively work hands-on with the team, examining the company’s English reviewing software from a legal professional’s point of view. Involved in the enhancement and development of legal products/software. You’ll provide legal support and review on the expansion of the contract review service. You’ll effectively handle contracts mainly in English, expanding on your contract review and writing skills.

対象となる方

Previous experience in law will lead to your success, as well as:

- Bengoshi or foreign US/ UK bar qualification

- Business Japanese & English

- Experience engaging in corporate legal affairs, preferably in the IT industry

- 3+ years of legal work experience

- International legal affairs experience is a plus
