Your new role

  • Assess the client's needs and compile a proposal on the scope of translation and quotation.
  • Manage client expectations and strengthen partnerships.
  • Submit final proposals to the client on time, as needed.
  • Develop clear, concise project instructions to produce a deliverable that meets the client's needs.
  • Provide support to team members and clients in the management of the project.
  • Manage urgent inquiries and tasks effectively and promptly to keep the project on time.
  • Support continuous process improvement in the department.

What you'll need to succeed

  • College degree or equivalent or higher
  • Experience in customer service, translation
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office
