Strategic HR Planning:

- Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Leadership and Culture:
- Foster a positive work culture that empowers employees.
- Mentor and guide HR teams across different geographies.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance evaluation frameworks.
- Champion continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

- 5+ years of HRBP experience

- Business level of English
- Familiar with IT industry
