Your new role
Manage mainly 'soft' facilities services for the Japan business, including: fleet vehicles, company housing, travel and fire, health and safety in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The FM will also manage the design, coordination, execution, and completion of specific office projects, aligning with company strategy, commitments, and goals. You will also be responsible for formulating and executing a BCP/Crisis Management contingency plan.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5yrs experience in Facility Management, or similar discipline. Good organisational skills, as well as experience of managing budgets and cost control. People/vendor management.
