Your new role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Client Management team
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across time zones
- Coordinate client events, seminars, and internal/external meetings
- Support visiting stakeholders with logistics and scheduling
- Prepare gifts, client materials, and simple document translations
- Submit and manage expense claims for senior team members
- Maintain and update client databases and records
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in an assistant or administrative support role
- Native-level Japanese and strong business-level English
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
