Your new role

  • Develop and implement talent development plans, identify training needs through organizational goal analysis in collaboration with managers
  • Create and deliver effective in-house training programs, continuously improve based on effectiveness, employee feedback and performance outcomes
  • Evaluate and manage external training vendors, ensure cost-effective and high-quality service
  • Design and execute leadership development programs
  • Propose and implement solutions for organizational development challenges to enhance employee engagement, learning culture, and retention through data-driven insights.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in related HR fields (talent development, L&D, etc) in a large-sized company
  • Knowledge in learning principles, training evaluation frameworks, etc
  • Native level Japanese, business level English
