Your new role
Develop and implement talent development plans, identify training needs through organizational goal analysis in collaboration with managers
Create and deliver effective in-house training programs, continuously improve based on effectiveness, employee feedback and performance outcomes
Evaluate and manage external training vendors, ensure cost-effective and high-quality service
Design and execute leadership development programs
Propose and implement solutions for organizational development challenges to enhance employee engagement, learning culture, and retention through data-driven insights.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years of experience in related HR fields (talent development, L&D, etc) in a large-sized company
- Knowledge in learning principles, training evaluation frameworks, etc
- Native level Japanese, business level English
