Your new role
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to interviews
- Support onboarding, development planning, and employee care initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to refine organisational structures and implement growth strategies
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of HR or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to define hiring requirements and execute recruitment plans independently
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including scouting and interviews
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
