Your new role

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to interviews
• Support onboarding, development planning, and employee care initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to refine organisational structures and implement growth strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of HR or recruitment experience
• Proven ability to define hiring requirements and execute recruitment plans independently
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including scouting and interviews
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
