Your new role
As a TA, your primary responsibility will be the entire recruitment processes for mid-career hires.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and organizing recruitment strategies and events
Managing the recruitment process, conducting HR interviews, and handling offers
Managing and negotiating with recruitment media and recruiting agents
Planning direct sourcing strategies and recruitment branding, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3 years of solid experience of mid-career recruitment experience in a corporate.
Ability to adhere to schedules, prioritize tasks, multitask and work independently.
Possesses proactive mindset and high motivation for growth in HR and recruitment experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required as a minimum educational qualification.
