Your new role
- Lead and
develop the Talent Acquisition team strategically
- Collaborate
with HRBPs and business leaders to define hiring needs and strategies
- Manage
full-cycle recruitment for new grads, mid-career, and temp staff
- Oversee RPO
and vendor relationships
- Drive
employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
- Contribute
to broader HR functions such as system planning and development
- Support
career development and succession planning
- Lead or
participate in HR transformation projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5
years of recruitment experience
- Experience
across various industries is a plus
- Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level
English (reading/writing) and native-level Japanese
