Your new role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable product supply by leading end‑to‑end activities with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and overseas production sites. This includes supplier management, production schedule coordination, order process optimization, packaging material development, and cross‑functional collaboration across logistics, warehouse, forecasting, QA, and wholesaler teams.
You will also participate in pipeline and operational improvement projects that support long‑term business growth.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of supply chain experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or warehouse collaboration or management
  • Experience with CMOs or manufacturing environments (preferred)
  • Native‑level Japanese and business‑level English
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, problem solving, ownership, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
