UK Luxury brand that has experienced tremendous growth in the Asian market, particularly in Japan. With annual sales of approximately 400 million euros, the brand owes much of its success to the Japanese market. Factors contributing to this achievement include increased local demand in Japan and a preference amongst Chinese tourists to shop in Tokyo rather than Paris.
Your new role
Sales Operations: Attract, solicit, develop, retain, and secure customers. Implement action plans to achieve sales goals and profit/loss.
Provide quality feedback and reporting to headquarters and/or staff
Know and monitor the business environment, including local competition
Talent Leader and Developer
Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent
Motivate and challenge your team on a daily basis
Create development plans for sales staff and management teams
Brand Promoters (Customers)Promote brand culture internally and externally
Create a store atmosphere that maintains the brand's image.
Build a network of influential people in the local and global luxury business to increase customer loyalty (especially loyal customers and VIPs)
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent Japanese and Business English preferable
- +3 years of experience in Retail Sales
- Luxury Experience is preferable
- People oriented
- Good communication skills
