Your new role

• Work with the Retail Manager to shape and execute strategies aligned with company goals.
• Track market trends and competitors to ensure growth and adaptability.

• Review and improve store operations, service standards, and team culture.
• Resolve staff and customer issues with People Operations support.

• Lead by example to uphold service standards and brand tone.
• Boost brand loyalty through store activations and engagement.

• Manage daily operations and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance and handle store administration.
• Hit sales goals and guide Brand Crew and Leaders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support visual merchandising.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4+ years of experience in retail store management for similar fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce brands with a global presence.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese.
