A leading US media firm is seeking an experienced **Senior TA/ TA Manager** to join their dynamic HR team. As a key player in their recruitment strategy, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive their company's success.

Your new role

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.
- Utilizing SNS for Employer Branding
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

- 4 years of Recruiting experience

- Business level English
