Your new role

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will manage sourcing activities for both direct and indirect goods and services across APAC, with a focus on Japanese suppliers. You’ll work closely with internal teams and global sourcing colleagues to support supply continuity, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities. This role involves strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Quality, Logistics, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with supplier executives
• Experience with negotiation and contract management
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
• Language skills: Native Japanese and business-level English
• Analytical and research capabilities, with a proactive mindset
