Your new role

• Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across all project phases.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, from pre-sales to operations, coordinating across data, strategy, and service teams
• Lead efforts to streamline and productise data solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and aligning with strategic goals
• Develop and maintain high-quality client documentation and training resources to support long-term success

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in private markets technology and project management, with at least 5 years in a related role
• Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of data processing, visualisation, and analysis techniques
• Expertise in financial modelling, particularly using Excel for discounted cash flow analysis
• A proactive approach to reporting, stakeholder coordination, and internal training delivery
• Fluency in Japanese and Business English is a must
