Your new role

You will lead end-to-end technical recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to develop and plan recruiting strategies, including but not limited to:

- Direct sourcing
- Agency management
- Creating job descriptions by partnering with hiring managers
- CV Screening
- Interviewing
- Closing
- Conducting offer meetings

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong hands-on recruiting experience
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience
- High proficiency level in both English and Japanese
