International Project Management consulting firm, specialising in real estate/office construction PM and IT PM work.

Your new role

As Senior PM, you will manage a dedicated local team in Tokyo of 4–6 staff, supporting key clients (Japanese and international) with their office project needs. Projects include: relocation, fit-out and MAC. You will report to the Japan MD and indirectly to senior staff on the client side.

What you'll need to succeed

• BA in a relevant subject, such as Design, Architecture, Construction

• Minimum 7yrs, 'A-Z' PM experience, ideally in Japan

• Minimum of business level Japanese and English (reading and writing, as well as spoken)

• Strong organisational and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
