Your new role
- Develop and implement local HR strategies and lead leadership development initiatives
- Manage core HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, etc
- Supervise HR team members to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality execution
- Drive HR process improvements, promote strong business partnering, and propose innovative solutions to enhance HR effectiveness
- Build strong internal networks and ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes in coordination with central and local teams
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience in HR management with strong knowledge of HR processes, Japan labor law
- Native level in Japanese, intermediate level in English
