Your new role

  • Develop and implement local HR strategies and lead leadership development initiatives
  • Manage core HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, etc
  • Supervise HR team members to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality execution
  • Drive HR process improvements, promote strong business partnering, and propose innovative solutions to enhance HR effectiveness
  • Build strong internal networks and ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes in coordination with central and local teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of experience in HR management with strong knowledge of HR processes, Japan labor law
  • Native level in Japanese, intermediate level in English
