They are looking for a talented, senior-level commercial finance business partner to join their company.
Your new role
The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner reports to the Senior Finance Director and works closely with Japan Senior Leadership and the APAC team in Singapore to provide strategic advice based on financial analysis.
This role leads financial forecasting and budgeting for sales, COGS operations, and supply chain for 2 key business units.
You will be expected to provide strategic advice on pricing changes, deal structuring, CAPEX investments, ROI calculations, and contribute to Sales & Operations meetings and business council sessions.
The role also drives continuous improvement in financial processes.
Key stakeholders include the Senior Finance Director, business unit heads, Marketing, HR, and APAC Finance.
What you'll need to succeed
Track record of full P&L management experience including sales and cost, forecasting, budgeting & analysis.
Senior Level commercial business partnering experience, working & negotiating with business leaders to provide financial advice.
Controlling/accounting experience at USGAAP and JGAAP is desirable but not required.
Systems experience in Hyperion HFM, Oracle, Azure or SQL Excel modelling would be desirable.
A process improvement record is desirable.
Fluent Japanese and business English – working with APAC & HQ regularly.
