- In Japan, they have over 2500 employees with over 2.5BN USD in revenue. This group company is worth around 600M USD annually.
- This Senior FP&A Manager position is a replacement and requires an experienced finance business partner to drive business strategy.

Your new role

- The Senior FP&A Manager reports to the CFO and joins a team of 8–10 people in FP&A.

- The Senior FP&A Manager would manage a team of 1 and be responsible for corporate FP&A, working to consolidate the financial reporting, budgeting and analysis for the whole business.

- You would be expected to drive any system improvement projects and financial process improvements.
- Key Stakeholders include CFO, BU Head, Head of Marketing, APAC Finance, Global Finance
- Systems: PowerBI, SAP, Excel

What you'll need to succeed

- 7–10 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit or Consulting.

- Senior/C-suite level business partner experience (conflict resolution, strategy alignment).
- High-business English (communication weekly/monthly with APAC and Global HQ) and Business Japanese required (local stakeholder and staff level communication)
- Strong Excel experience (hands on modelling, extensive functions and formula knowledge), SQL is highly desirable.
