Your new role

• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate analysis and reporting.

• Manage month/quarter-end closing and deliver clear financial insights to support business decisions.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and strengthen financial systems for data integrity.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, accounting, and company guidelines; support audits.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in finance with strong accounting, controlling, and reporting skills.

• Business-level English proficiency.

• Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and communication skills.

• Proficient in financial systems, operational tools, and MS Excel.
