Your new role

As a Senior Demand Planner, you will lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for key product portfolios, acting as a central point of coordination across supply chain, commercial, finance, and global stakeholders.
You will drive forecast accuracy, ensure alignment between demand and supply, and play a critical role in product life cycle planning, including new launches and portfolio changes.
This is a highly visible role where you will interact with regional and global stakeholders, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and lead performance improvement initiatives across key supply chain KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Demand Planning/S&OP (pharmaceutical industry experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, matrix organisation
  • Strong analytical and scenario planning skills, with experience in planning tools such as SAP or Kinaxis
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English required
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
