Your new role

This is a key role for the Japan and APAC business, being responsible for developing and implementing a local security strategy in close alignment with the regional Global Security strategy and business stakeholders’ priorities. The role is a comprehensive one with scope that includes: performing risk assessments (and proposing risk mitigation measures), developing and approving security design plans for new sites and buildings, as well as ensuring compliance with global security standards and systems. You will also liaise with local law enforcement. Reports directly to the Regional Security Director, APAC. Further details are available for those interested in applying.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior security position (ideally with Physical Security focus), preferably in Japan with a global company. Experience in the healthcare/pharma sector a plus. Native level Japanese and minimum of business level English. Strong leadership and management skills.
